📑 The Sudsy Stork – Service Consent & Liability Waiver Please read carefully before booking. By booking services with The Sudsy Stork, you agree to the following: 1. Scope of Service The Sudsy Stork provides professional cleaning/detailing of car seats and strollers. We do not install, inspect, or guarantee manufacturer safety compliance. Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the safe installation and use of their seats after cleaning. Please always refer to your car seat or stroller manufacturer’s guidelines for correct installation, use, and care. *PLEASE NOTE: We also highly recommend taking baby gear out of travel bags immediately upon return to your home. Bags are used to transport, NOT TO STORE baby items* 2. Liability Release I release The Sudsy Stork and its staff from liability for: Manufacturer defects, recalls, or structural weaknesses, Pre-existing wear, stains, or damage, Issues arising from improper installation or use of the car seat/stroller. 3. Products & Safety We use non-toxic, child-safe products to the best of our knowledge. Customers must notify The Sudsy Stork of any allergies or sensitivities before cleaning. 4. Cleaning Results While we strive for the best results, some stains/odors may not be fully removable. Cleaning may also reveal existing wear or hidden damage. 5. Scheduling & Pickup Policy Items must be available at the scheduled time. A 15-minute grace period applies; after that, the appointment may be rescheduled or incur additional fees. 6. Travel & Payment Travel fees apply outside a 5-mile radius of Red Rock Hotel (Las Vegas).
